Basedonthematrixtheory, withoutanyassumptionaboutdisplacementsandstressesmodel,ed hardy bikinit, theexactsolutionoffreevibrationofthelaminatedpiezoelectricrectangularplateswithsimplesupportispresented. Numericalexampleshowsthatthelownaturalfrequenciesofdirectandinversepiezoelectriceffectareingoodagreementwiththoseofpublishedreference. Thevariationalprincipleestablishedinthispaperbenefitstoderivethefiniteelementmethodorsemi-analyticalsolutionforpiezoelectricmaterialdynamicsproblem.
