I want to let you know my thoughts, plans,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and hopes as we move forward toward a vision of making the Patrol an organization that inspires respect and admiration for our integrity, dedication,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and high standards of performance.
It is my intent to reinforce the strengths in our organization and address the weaknesses that hinder us from performing at optimum levels. I believe our potential is great and we can achieve a high level of competence if we set the bar high and develop our skills and abilities to settle for nothing less than the best we have to offer.
