The yearly Air Force 1 tradition of a special colorway commemorating the ‘animal of the year’ of the Chinese Zodiac continued in 2011 with the Rabbit being the focus. Inspired by the White Rabbit Creamy Candy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this special edition Air Force 1 ‘Year of the Rabbit’ was released with a special packaging mimicking an over-sized candy wrapper. Inside the ‘wrapper’ was the Air Force 1, which features a mix of butter suede, smooth leather, chenille material on the swoosh and tongue tab,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and a milky-white midsole/outsole combination – visually similar to the White Rabbit candy.
